Service is not
just a technician and his tool kit. Service is the attitude the entire
company takes on at the moment of need.
We understand that when your copier decides to stop working, it is not only
frustrating, but it can cost your organization time and money. At alpine
international, we realize that our quick response time is critical. Quick
response time can only come through complete communications between your
staff and ours. In order to bridge these communication gaps we have
installed a computerized service dispatch system.
Since we receive all of our parts and supplies from the manufacture
directly, we can service your machine faster than most dealers who rely on
distributors. Our parts inventory is housed locally as to eliminate trips to
an outside location due to on-hand part shortages.
After all it is our responsibility to keep your machine running. We will do
everything in our power to do so.
